Interesting change. Just another thing to get used to though, really. I liked the Upload button instead of a hyperlink alone, but that's OK I guess. The interface as a whole does look a bit cleaner too. If you want you can make it so the auto-pulldown menu (when you hover over your username) displays the links in ABC order, unless you wanted to put the most frequently used ones at the top of the lihttO.serwise it looks pretty good overall.
